1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VerdantIP services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not use our proxy network or services.
2. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Activities
VerdantIP provides high-performance rotating data center proxies strictly for legitimate business and automation purposes (such as web scraping, market research, and SEO monitoring). You agree NOT to use our services for:
- Launching DDoS attacks, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized intrusion attempts.
- Distributing malware, phishing, or engaging in cybercrime.
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails (Spam).
- Any illegal activities governed by applicable local and international laws.
⚠️ 3. Prohibited Port Forwarding & Abuse Prevention
To prevent network abuse, mail server blacklisting, and security breaches, VerdantIP strictly prohibits proxy forwarding and tunneling through the following sensitive ports. Any attempt to route traffic through these ports will be automatically blocked, and repeat offenses may result in immediate account termination without refund:
4. No Refund Policy & Account Termination
All traffic package purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of proxy infrastructure, refunds are generally not provided once traffic has been provisioned. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately if fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms is detected.
5. Limitation of Liability
VerdantIP services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our proxy network.
